We Can Powder Coat Almost ANYTHING
At Kev’s, we can renew anything metal; including old fencing, trailers and trucks, car rims, garden furniture, old gates and shelving, toolboxes, mailboxes, metal grating, car panels and so much more. Once the powder coat is applied, we take the metal to a curing oven where the thermoplastic can harden permanently. Afterwards, you’ll have a piece of hardware that’s ready for just about anything.
What is Powder Coating?Powder Coating is one of the most economical, longest lasting, and most color-durable quality finishes available on virtually any type of metal. Powder coated surfaces are far more resistant to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing than other traditional finishes.
The charged powder particles used in powder coating adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces until the powder is heated and fused into a smooth coating in the curing oven. The result is a uniform, durable, high quality and attractive finish. |
